Movin' it

If anyone is looking into a great way to get back into shape...without killing yourself...give this a try! The music is super motivating and there's a different interval every week. Podrunner has a few series. The one I'm doing is the first one - First day to 5K. Supposively, in 9 weeks it prepares you for a 5K. I'm going into my 4th week and am still motivated! Take a look at it...give it a try...I think you'll like it!
