We had a fun double date with Ceri and John tonight. We got to go see Mary Poppins at Gammage - compliments of Mom and Dad Corriveau. Thank You Mom & Dad! The show was nothing I expected - definitely funkier than the Disney Movie! And Mary Poppins...much more spice than sugar - that lady has got some sass! Anyways - all and all it was a good time! Again, a big thanks to Mom and Dad!

What fun, Elyse! Joe and I took 2 of our grandkids to see it on Tuesday and they were so overjoyed--I thought they would jump over the balcony when Mary Poppins came sailing right over the audience and exited about 12 feet away from us! Pretty great play. I wished they had toned down the British accents a bit..the kids had a hard time understanding them.
sounds like Mary was more like she is in the book than in the movie.
