4 generations

Every Christmas for the past 6 years or so we always say "this is going to be grandma's last Christmas" and every year she proves us wrong. This lady has some true Pioneer blood running through her - she's one tough cookie and still has the spunk to prove it! Although her memory is faded and doesn't seem to know who we are, she knows we're there and makes us smile. I'm so glad Emmie is getting the opportunity to meet her here on this Earth.

wow, you HAVE to frame that hands photo for Emmie's room. i stared at it for a whole minute. can't get enough. you're sweet grammie! i can still see her shuffling down the hallway and saying, "I don't recognize ya, but you're cute", just about everytime I was at your house! :)
